Terrible customer service, would not provide a courtesy refund after the renewal hit on the first day! They probably aren't making much money and rely on such strict "non refundable" policies to keep this place afloat. Their flight deals are not useful or impressive. Go use another flight deal service. No ability to only get only premium economy or only business class flight deals. Surprised this company is still in business.

Saved about $1200 on a flight to Japan. Always check their emails in case we just need to get out of town. Easy value add if you travel a little.

They stole $100 from me because I signed up for a $1 membership and didn't realize the trial was ending. I noticed 1 day later. Their service is trash, you just get stupid useless emails. They charged me $100 and they don't allow for refunds (likely because everyone wants to cancel).

THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM, YOU GET BETTER PRICES WITH EVEN GOOGLE AND THEY TOOK $200 BUCKS OF MY CARD AND WOULDNT VANCEL SUBSCRIPTION. STAY AWAY AND I HAVE MADE A COMPLAINT TO AUST GOVT CONSUMER SERVICES AND THEY ARE LOOKING INTO THIS

Using Dollar Flight Club, I was able to get quite a bit off of my tickets to Nashville. I’m super grateful and Can't wait for my upcoming trip!

Could never log into account to cancel trial. They reply that they cannot process a refund because it's 2 days after the charge and it's a membership. Told me I have to log into my (dollarflightclub) account which I cannot do. I now have to drive to the bank and close my bank account and get a new card so this fraudulent scammy company cannot put through anymore charges and I will be filing a dispute. What a rip off. I thought I was signing up for a free trial and see a $149 charge....for WHAT??? THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. DO NOT sign up for any free trial. It's not free!! ***update in regards to their reply*** They are condescending in their replies. Multiple ppl have requested refunds and they don’t care. They build a shady biz off “free” trial and put in fine print membership fee and then make it almost impossible to log into to cancel. No reminders of upcoming charges. They only care about money. The service is bogus. You can get same deals on google. Ridiculous rip off scammers. I hope you guys go out of business.

This company doesn't deserve a one star rating; I would prefer to give them a negative five. I made the unfortunate mistake of signing up for a trial membership. The trial ended when I was on an Alaskan Cruise vacation and I was unable to cancel due to wifi limitations at sea. Returning home, I canceled my membership on the same day that Dollar Flight Club put a $99 dollar charge on my credit card. I contacted customer service and was informed that no refund was possible. After many other fruitless attempts including me offering to pay for a sliding fee for the two days past the trial deadline, I contacted my credit card company. Capital One was able to convince Dollar Flight Club to cancel the charge. I never would have been able to do it on my own. Do not let this happen to you. Not only was the company predatory, but I was also able to find flight deals that were as good as those offered by DFC. Please heed my warning. Don't sign up.
