I had some issues with the wrong mats being sent, it was not a problem. They fixed the issue and sent me the correct mats right away.

These mats are very convienient and easy to store. My friend bought a different set of mats and after he saw mine he sold his other mats and bought dollamur.

Excellent products and customer service.

The service, delivery, and quality of the product are great. The only hiccup is that I wish there were a better explanation of the thicknesses and how they feel. I know it's subjective, however, it could be broken down in some kind of a descriptive way. The other issue I had is the mat size. My kids class uses 6'x12' mats and our purchased one is 5' wide. That single extra foot in width makes a hell of a lot of difference. When I called back to see about purchasing a smaller piece, the costs were essentially doubled. So for anyone ordering a mat, I'd strongly encourage you to order larger, even if it's custom. Would I purchase again? Absolutely. It's the best, and the quality can be felt.
