Products are great! Customer service sucks!
I had to call multiple times to get information on my order, then when I finally got a tracking number, they wrote my number wrong so delivery company couldn't get ahold of me. I finally got ahold of them which delayed my order by another week. I am very happy with the mats though

Dollamur
The company was easy work with. I would recommend the Velcro over the tape! Great option, but if the mat isn't secured to the floor, it will slide around. I was disappointed to see that not all the lines of the wrestling circles matched up. We ended up having to do quite a bit of cutting because the sections were not the same length. We also purchased foam blocks for a sub-floor. I feel the floor has too much "spring" to it, but we used the number of blocks THEY suggested - 1 block for every 2 sq ft. Hindsight, probably needed 1 for every 1 sq ft like other foam block manufacturers suggested.
