The shipping portion took nearly 3 weeks longer than expected. When we ordered it, we were told it would be their for our home tournament and for senior night. Didn't happen due to the shipping delay. No one from Dollamur would communicate with me, and the 3rd party shipping company kept telling me a couple days, for nearly 3 weeks. Now that we have it, we love it, but my experience with hitting a deadline did not go well.

Dollamur crew to the rescue!!
To be able to tell how good a company truly is... it’s how they handle mistakes. I was delivered a mat on time only to find out it was the wrong color. The Dollamur team was so helpful and were available even on a Sunday evening!!!??! I got my custom made mats really quickly and they are perfect! Bobby Fehr, Nola Nix, Marcy Rodriguez - superb job!!! 👍🏼👌🏻😉
