As far a mats goes, they look AMAZING. Unfortunately, communication before, during and after the sale process was extremely poor. As a paying costumer, I shouldn't be calling or emailing for updates. Absolutely no follow throu during the inquiry/sale process and very poor communication. Love the mats, but I'm not sure if I want to go through the headache again.

The mats themselves are great. However the order did not ship out as promised despite repeated follow up. This caused a huge disruption in our project and put our business at risk.

Ordering process went well and I find the materials as advertised. I would recommend Dollamur without any hesitation.

Overall experience was OK. We are pleased with the mats but very DISPLEASED and simply do not understand how you can supply mat straps that can not even be catagorized as functional. Two of them broke loading the first time we strapped the mats and have broken a few more since. They are cheap plastic straps that are basically useless. When somebody spends $7000 on a mat, they should get straps that are functional for several years.

Easy to work with, great product, knowledgeable staff, and quality work! They helped me expand an existing surface to include additional sections and wall pads. The graphics are sharp and they made sure all of the dimensions and needs were met. This has completely upgraded the school to another level!
