I I have bought two mats in the last three years and the service has been excellent.

Service was good once the order was placed but the lack of an ordering process was frustrating. I had written a couple emails, then made about 10-15 phone calls during a span of a 2 weeks to be able to finally place an order.

The wrong tape was sent to install the wall pads (foam tape instead of hook and loop), but the mats are great.

Best quality mats. I install this comercial grade mats in my home gym garage, they look nice and professional. First time a saw this dollarmur mats was in ATT Coconut Creek Florida when I went to visit UFC fighter Enrique Barzola. The pros use this mats. Thanks DOLLARMUR. I highly recommended this mats. I wish I could give separate reviews for customer service and product. The product is top notch. Good stuff. The customer service is... not great. Nice people, but it seems like they are not too concerned with getting your business. It took a few weeks before I could get anyone to call me back about my order. When I finally got someone on the phone, he was professional and friendly. For reference I was ordering Flexi-Connect judo mats with custom design on it, about 850 square feet. I guess that's a small order for Dollamur - I'm not equipping a university wrestling room or the next Gracie mega-gym, but still it ended up being several thousand dollars, so you would think they would treat it as an important order. They said someone would call me when the order was on the way... no one did. I eventually called THEM and said "hey, do you know when the mats will ship?" and the answer was "oh, they shipped last Thursday! Didn't anyone call you?" Nope. This was actually really annoying, as the mats are a big part of building a new facility, and knowing when they would arrive is key. They apologized, and were friendly, of course, but... didn't seem too concerned with having messed up. The attitude was like, oh well, it happens. They also said, someone will call you with final details about the shipment arrival. No one ever called. I just happened to be at the facility when a guy showed up and said "hey I got your mats here." Incredible. What if I hadn't been there? Maybe their product is just so good they feel like they don't have to work for their business anymore. There's an opening there in the market for a good company with excellent product and an aggressive focus on customer service. If I had to do it over again I would probably call Fuji Mats first and at least compare the price and service interaction.
