The mats are great and they are holding up great under the use of several times a week by two classes. Very happy with them. Our only complaint is the length of time it took to fulfill our order. After many phone calls and messages left we got our mats 9 weeks later. We were told it would initially take 10 days or so.

Excellent experience with Dollumar; terrible experience with Estes Freight. Estes Freight failed to.deliver on two promised days and was late on the day the mats were ultimately delivered, resulting in not only inconvenience but also the loss of a considerable amount of my time. With the exception of one service representative, Estes Freight was generally unhelpful when I called their office. Thank you.

No plan on how to place the mats we got, no logo on the mat as I requested. Apparently my order was switched for no apparent reason. No willingness to work any of the issues out.. the product is good, the customer service is horrible.

The turnaround time on our order was excellent. The mats we ordered look great and we can't wait to have our schools using them during the season.
