Thank you David for helping me purchase my mats. It was an easy process via email.

Great Experience

Communication was good, and customer service was better than I anticipated, given the issues we had. We made a large order of Carpet bonded foam (40+ large rolls), and there were issues with the manufacturing of about 20% of the order. Thankfully some of the issues were near the end of roll, and they provided about an extra 2' of product at the end of the rolls, which helped a bit. Some of the 10% or so of the rolls that had problems that couldn't be cut off or placed in an inconspicuous area covered by mats were replaced at the manufacturers cost. I am grateful for that, but would have preferred no not have the headache to begin with.

Dollarmur was great to work with and assisted us to provide the exact design and logo we requested.

The whole experience was a nightmare and when the wall mats arrived they where covered in grease. There product was quality butt the sales representative and the process was less than desirable. Everything from double charging my credit card to price quotes given but not honored and complete lack of product knowledge to incorrect shipping and grease on the new receved product, what a nightmare!!!! Dosent seem to be any quality leadership no care for the overall customer experience!!! I should have gone with Fuji or Zebra as the quotes where comparable. Guess we will chalk it up to lesson learned!!! I have photos but dosen't give an option to upload here....

The wrestling mat looked great and the Dollmur reps were awesome to work with.

Excellent mats for a state championship event. Ensure state specific logo mats are not utilized in the demo rotation for future state championships.

My mats were damaged in a flooded basement. David was very helpful in getting me a replacement quote for my insurance company as well as helping find some to match the existing ones that didn’t get damaged. 5 stars
