At the beginning of this purchase the sales rep I dealt with was extremely good at communicating and worked to get us mats at a good price. Once the mats were delivered I discovered that none of the custom cuts that were on the mockup had been done to any of the mats. I notified our sales rep in early May that this was the case and he informed me that someone would be reaching out to about having them picked up and cut to the appropriate size. After a month of not hearing anything I reached back out again and got the same response. We are now over 5-6 weeks since the mats were dropped off and have heard nothing about the situation being solved. Have used Dollamur in the past multiple times, but after this not sure if we would do so again or recommend to anyone.

Great, quality mats at a reasonable price! My mats were completed and ready ahead of the promise time. This is the second set of Dollamur mats I have owned and I believe they are the best you can buy, especially for home use.

Great turf. The edges would be nice if they were finished though.

The mats we ordered were not the size that was shipped to us - we are being expected to pay shipping to return and the shipping of the correct to be sent. We are happy with the customer service we have had thus far - but it's unfortunate that we are responsible for the $200+ in shipping of the return of their error.

I ordered two flexi-connect mats at the beginning of the pandemic, And they have been awesome. I use them 2 to 3 times a week and have to set them up and break them down every time and the process is easy. The mats are really light and easy to move. And they feel exactly like the mats at my jujitsu Academy.
