Horrible Customer Service!!!

Bad company! I ordered a shoe that was supposed to be an 8, but felt like a 7. It hurt my feet and I can’t wear them. And they refused to give me my money back. Horrible customer service!

I ordered a pair of boots and emailed them multiple times to start an exchange, they never responded to an email and by the time I got them to pick up their customer service line the 30 days window had passed and they refused an exchange. Wouldn’t buy again.

The shoes here is beautiful! However, returns and refund process can takes up to a month and Im still waiting for the refund amount back… every time I called them, they all gave the same answer. “warehouse got your shoes and is working on it. You’ll receive refund back tomorrow!!!” and it never happens!!! Not sure when they will or not going to refund my money back

LOVE my Dolce Vita sneakers! Ordered them at Zalando and I love 'the heel' inside my sneakers - they're so comfy and they're so cute! <3

I wish I could give less than one star. I placed an order with an expected ship date of Feb 3. My wedding is on March 1 and I was relying on these shoes. I contacted customer service multiple times and received the generic response I see in the other reviews. The last response I received was “ I have further checked and unfortunately I am unable to further provide you with an estimated shipping or delivery date at this time.” How is this acceptable? The shoes were supposed to ship over two weeks ago and I have no information. They had no issue charging me though!!!!
