I have just installed Dokan in my WordPress homepage. After this installation and activating the Plugin in my homepage, it was crashed directly by a wall-to-wall error message and I could not get into my home page. I then delete by browser cashe, then I came in again, but when I am activating several menus in my homepage show this errror message again. I dont now how what I have to do now. :-(

Absolutely appalling software and support. There are many many half-assed features but the worst is errors that lead to customers not being able to pay. Dokan support doesn't reply for more than two weeks and then the classic anwser "not our fault" is posted. Absolute trash product and company. Avoid at all costs. Plenty of good marketplace alternatives exist in the WordPress space. Save yourself the time and money. Also don't be fooled by the fake reviews on here. Just look, they are all the same, slightly variated, mostly made by people with only one review. It could not be any clearer and has Dokan written all over it: rock bottom quality.

Great communication and provided me with answers and/or solutions to my issues. Very satisfied.

Excellent support from Gausul. He implemented a fix for a complex issue. Dokan works very well for multivendor marketplaces. I recommend this plugin and the staff are excellent. Thank you Gausul.
