Dokan Inc.Reviews of dokan.co

Dokan Pro is a great product. When I stumbled upon it in April I was very impressed. While I did experience issues with plugin conflicts, the guys who dealt with my support tickets were extremely helpful and resolved my issues. My advice to anyone trying the product, keep your installation as clean as possible use Storefront theme or Hello theme with Elementor and you should have few issues(holding thumbs). Thanks Dokan!

I am lifelong customer with Dokan (or at least I felt like that). Recently one of my friend inquired about Mutli-vendor module that I have for my business, and I was able to get relevant information from Customer service agent, Clara. Hope Dokan do well for their business as mine is benefit from their great support as always.

I've been using Dokan for my multivendor marketplace and I'm genuinely impressed with the quality of their support. Every time I had a question or needed help with configuration, their team responded quickly and thoroughly. They don't just send generic replies—they really take the time to understand the issue and suggest clear, actionable solutions. Even for more technical questions, they guided me step by step until everything worked perfectly. It's rare to find such attentive and professional support these days. Thanks to their help, I feel much more confident running my marketplace with Dokan. I highly recommend Dokan to anyone looking to set up a multivendor store with excellent features and a support team that truly cares about your success! Xiang Shi - Passionplants.fr

I’ve had a great experience with Dokan Cloud support. Every time I’ve reached out, the team has responded quickly and provided clear, effective solutions. They’re not only technically knowledgeable but also genuinely helpful and polite. It's reassuring to know that support like this backs the platform.
