Great customer service
They helped me with two problems. Before buying, I wanted to make sure we'd be able to translate our webpage correctly. They sent really helpful links and answered all my questions. A few days later when I was ready to purchase, the price of the plan I wanted had suddenly gone up by over $200. I sent them a message, and without hesitation they gave me a 20% discount code (which actually made the plan slightly cheaper than the original price I planned to pay in the first place). I think a lot of companies would have just said "sorry, prices have changed and that's the cost now" but the person I spoke to immediately checked with their manager and offered me the discount code. I really appreciated that. In regards to the actual plugin, our developers say they have used it before and they like how it works (which is why we're using it), but I'll be sure to update my review if for some reason the plugin itself ends up being awful. In regards to their customer service, I am very happy with Eshfatul and Richard (the two people who helped me).
