DogWatch Hidden FencesReviews of dogwatch.com

Arrived on time as scheduled for the bid. Arrived on time for the install. Patient when training the pups. Great Job!

great system excellent customer service.

The customer service is next to none! The guys were great to work with and really new about the product they sell! The price was almost 2 grand under the big company for a better product! I high recommended this company and the products they sell!

We chose this company because it was smaller than the bigger one that you hear a lot about. The experience has been great. Heidi, who came to give us an estimate and meet our 2 labs was personable and knowledgeable. The installation went smoothly and her subsequent training visits were very helpful. Our dogs learned the boundary very quickly and have not breached their designated large area. It's great to let them out without a leash and a relief to know they will not run off, then get lost or hit by a car.

I feel better now that there is new owners. Needed them twice and they were very responsive and reasonable

I have worked with Teresa at Billone Fence for over 10 years, with 4 dogs trained to the fence over the years It's very easy to use, reliable and has many levels to customize for each dog. I love that my timid dog can have an audible tone only, but the rambunctious puppy can have the level 2 correction. The town cut the line once putting in a water line, and the line was cut when my driveway was being installed. I called Teresa and repairs were made in less than 24 hours. Anytime I call with a question she gets back to me in just a couple of hours. Service and support are fantastic. My current puppy, Hobbes, is a cattle dog mix. He got ahold of his collar and totally destroyed it. I called Teresa, ready to pay for a new receiver and imagine my joy when she told me the receiver is guaranteed for life, even if it's damaged by the dog! I got a new receiver in less than 24 hours and they have collars that are guaranteed for life too. I tell everyone I can about Billone Fence and Dogwatch, a top-notch product and service all around.

Great experience we both husband and wife we would highly recommend!!!

Keith and Trixie are great! Thor and Zelda really respond to the fence. We love it! It gives them the freedom they need!
