Got 2 collar system and it worked for…
Got 2 collar system and it worked for about 3 months. It acted like the collars quit getting a signal.

We had an outdoor kennel for our dogs
We had an outdoor kennel for our dogs. The installer put the invisible fence within 5 feet of the kennel. The poor dogs were being zapped while in their kennel and we came home finding them all huddled to the front. Once we fixed that, the fence has worked great and the dogs stay in the yard.

I was guaranteed this would work with…
I was guaranteed this would work with any dog however my 10 year old Border Terrier just jumps through the fence regardless.

The installation was great but totally…
The installation was great but totally terrorized our little dog when showing us how to train him. It was the complete opposite of how the book and others have told us to train him. They had the system set at the strongest level instead of the lowest.

At our business we always start at the lowest level possible to contain your dog, with you the customer having the ability to turn it up as needed, which in your case was only level two. We want this experience to be both pleasant for them and you. I have had my system 6+ years
I have had my system 6+ years. The original owner/installer was very involved in the business and easy to reach. We are now being serviced by the 3rd owner. It appears to be a cash cow for whomever purchases it, I would like more options for purchasing replacement product from the company. I either have to pay a small fortune to have it shipped or drive to dealers home to pick up product.When a collar or fence isn't working-it is a matter of urgency to the pet owner! This winter I paid a fee for service line repair (they taped the ends together), the line broke again a short time later. When I requested it be fixed properly, they wanted another service fee? They did repair the line, but never came back to seal it in driveway...so it is still exposed. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer care and service.

James – Thanks for letting us know! We’re sorry to hear that Emmett is not enjoying his fence. Most dogs do very well with our training protocol, but sometimes additional steps may be required. Every dog is different. Don’t give up! Even dogs who seem scared or reluctant can learn to feel comfortable with the fence. We’ll give you a call to discuss some options.

JUST HAVE SOME PROBLEMS WITH IRRIGATION…
JUST HAVE SOME PROBLEMS WITH IRRIGATION SYSTEM BEING SLICED. WAS TOLD INSTALLER DIDN'T DO IT AND THAT IT WAS GOING TO COST $135 TO REPAIR ELECTRICAL WIRES WHICH WERE ALSO SPLIT. FORTUNATELY, ONCE CHECKED OUT IT WAS OBVIOUS THE INSTALLER WAS AT FAULT AND WAS REPAIRED. FENCE IS WORKING VERY WELL AS FAR AS KEEPING MY DOG INSIDE MY FENCE. THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO BE CHECKED OUT FROM TIME TO TIME TO SEE HOW SHE WAS ADAPTING AND ALSO TO REMOVE SOME OF THE FLAGS.

Had a lot of wire still exposed
Had a lot of wire still exposed, pulledwire to tight and pulled it out of the corner trenches, didn’t bury any wires in flower bed
