DogWatch Hidden FencesReviews of dogwatch.com

Always efficient and fast service!

We had a fence for many years from another company, but DogWatch's new SmartFence blows the competition out of the water. Their radio/collar technology is superior and now they have web access to the system so we can see when the battery needs to be replaced, how active our dog has been for the day, and most importantly, if and when she is getting warnings and corrections as she learns the boundaries of the yard. James was great to work with and really knows his product and how it compares to others. He answered all our questions, showed us the best way to train our Rotti on the fence, and made himself very available if we needed to contact him... even during a holiday week. If you need a new hidden fence or want to upgrade your existing one to today's tech, these are the guys to call!

Best thing I ever did for my dogs! Amazing customer service

Outstanding customer service. Been with them for about 10 years. We're one of their first customers. Always available for repairs...usually same day, and we've had several hits to our lines. Jordan just upgraded our line, and everything went very smooth. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Great service, easy to understand and work with. Dog trainer is excellent!

Wonderful service. I have been extremely happy with the product, my dog has not escaped since the fence was installed.
