The installer was very helpful with the information and handling the dog. My only issue was putting the fence next to the driveway was to close . When i installed a new driveway I’ll need it moved.

Overall their product is excellent. Works great. We have a 170 lb Irish Wolfhound and we have no worries at all. The people he used to train the dog were awesome. So I would say if your looking to buy an underground fence this is worth every cent. The only tiny little downside was we had a small communication issue but Bob resolved it quickly.

Overall everything was great but they never sent me the right collar in red for my younger dog and I am always so busy so it just made it to be another thing I have to follow up on.

Very quick turnaround for new battery for collar which I’m very grateful for. Postage at £3.50 has a bit of a premium built into it for such a little battery though.
