Nelson was great and the fence was just perfect for our needs and well worth the cost. When we had questions he would always come back and help us with anything that we needed. I would highly recommend Nelson Fence system to anyone.

Rob is one of the best people I’ve met. His response time is immediate. He is easy to talk to and has saved the day for us on more than a few occasions now. He remembers me and my dog every time I contact him and I would recommend him over anyone any day!

Thank you

On an $8500 fence installation, they used cheap hinges, leaving the back gate hanging at an angle. They were very responsive until they got paid, then never a word. I called and emailed several times, but Perry himself never had the courtesy to call. Finally they just blew me off. Hopefully I can find a fencing company with a little integrity to hang the gate properly because it drives me nuts every time I look at it. Lowe's probably would not have done a worse job.

We are so pleased with Troy’s knowledge and service. They trained our 4 dogs that would bolt the moment they got outside and within 20 minutes they transformed into well behaved dogs, I really didn’t expect such amazing results nor that it would be so easy. Thank you Troy, you earned a customer for life!

I highly recommend Jax DogWatch for you and your pet. Our Labradoodle, Oliver, is 65 lbs and has understood the "process" since we got the fence and training almost 7 years ago. In fact, the only problem we have is the dirt path in our front yard that he has created along the fence line. The few maintenance issues (battery exchange, etc) have been handled quickly and professionally by Kirk and Robin.
