We switched from another brand, painless redo and they pointed out a fence border wiring issues and dealt with it. The fact we aren't dealing with dead batteries every 2.5-3 months like previous is a godsend. The internet notification of issues (power is a problem in my area) is nice, ditto the ability to see how the pups are doing online, helps with battery replacement and spotting issues with collars.

I have had a dog fence for about 15 years. The original one failed but it wasn’t a problem until our new puppy decided he liked next door’s garden, but couldn’t get back again! Having searched online, I decided to buy one from Dog Fence Ltd. It isn’t the cheapest system you can get, but installation was straightforward and it works really well, with no more incidents now! I had 2 or 3 questions about the detail of installation after I had received it. Nothing was too much trouble. The answers and reaction were very quick and helpful. I would not hesitate to buy this system again, should I ever need one which, to be fair is unlikely given the guarantee you get! Thoroughly recommended.

Brilliant system. I bought a cheaper fence to begin with - don't bother it was a nightmare and we had to uninstall it!! Dog Fence is high quality and comes with fantastic customer support. Highly recommended - has helped keep my cat safe for several years now.

Great organisation and great product! We have two cats, neither have any issue with the collars, and both are alive because of them! Always really quick with delivery and they always deal with any problems you have straight away. Highly recommend!
