Always a great service

I wouldn’t even give one star. Had the worst customer service experiences ever, constant calling me to reschedule, finally had the guy out and he complained about being here, said he was tired and needed a vacation and left saying he wasn’t sure when he would be back. Then had 2 more cancellations until I fired them. We wasted valuable time as the weather is changing and it needed to be done already. Would never recommend.

I had stopped using the dog fence but after my dog ran out into the street, I had to re-install. I needed a new battery and it worked perfectly

I cannot thank DogFence enough. I phoned when Millie escaped AGAIN despite the 8ft fences all around our property and the hefty gates. It was only a matter of time before she was either run over, stolen, lost or caused an accident. Less than a week after contacting DogFence, Noel turned up on time, had a quick review of the 5 acre site, and proceeded to run the wire - very neatly - all around the perimeter despite the uneven terrain, gates, drive, trees, etc. No noise, no mess, no fuss. He then took Millie for a training session, and then trained us on how to maintain the training for a six-day period. We were concerned that Millie - as a breed which is known to be obstinate - would not accept the training or that she would test the boundaries. We were wrong. Two weeks on from the installation Millie is now free to roam the garden at a trot, nose to the ground as usual. It is early days yet but, so far, she keeps well away from - and respects - the boundary. This has been a life-changer for us. More than that, it has been a life-saver for Millie. Thank you DogFence.

We have had our fence since July of 2005, over 15 yrs. Liz, and Jack are HONEST caring professional people. Our system works Great, we have never had a problem. We lost our Misty, (passed away) back in November of 2018. However, we called them, and they came back out when we got our new pup Molly, they checked out the system, (no problems detected after all those years) and trained her perfectly. You would really make a big mistake if you get anyone else to install a fence system. BTW (Their NOT paying me to write this review.)
