DogWatch Hidden FencesReviews of dogwatch.com

I can't tell you how happy we have been with our Hidden Fence. We have had ours since my dog, Lila, was a puppy (that makes 11 years now) and Dave and Alex Spain are always just wonderful. Not only did they install the system, but they took the time to train us and Lila how to use the system, then came out a couple of weeks later to make sure we were doing okay and to answer any questions. They have always been very quick and responsive to any questions or concerns I had and always answered my questions with professionalism and friendliness. It's one of the smartest investments I've ever made.

Such a fast service! I ordered the batteries for the collars via the webpage and they arrived the next day.

Found the break, repaired it and good customer service. I knew that the break was in one of two places. Just a shame they do not have lower price in this instance as they did not need to hunt for it.

In December of 2020, we became parents of two baby Great Danes. When after 4 or 5 months, it became apparent that we would not be able to keep them healthy and exercised through walks alone, we decided to put up an invisible fence. I did my research and settled on DogWatch of Dayton. When I called to arrange for installation and training, the staff members were prompt, courteous and professional. The puppies, who were about 45 and 60 lbs at the time responded to the training at different rates; with the male needing a little additional correction, but both are fully trained and respectful of the boundaries. I'm sorry I didn't call them sooner so our previous Dane could have had the run of our 2 acre lot.

Dog watch did great work.Great service. Great training. Would highly recommend.

The fence is great - has kept our treasured lab safe and sound for many years. An accidental break meant we had to repair it, Dog Fence were able to help us out even after all these years.

This has been a great product and solution for us with two dogs on acreage. Ed's service has been fast, friendly, reliable, and super helpful. We would definitely recommend DogWatch of Montana!! This hidden fence has been working for us for 2 1/2 years now, and we recently cut a wire while digging a hole for a new tree. Ed was quick to respond and we were back with a working fence in no time!

Great products. Would recommend the dog fence. Gives us confidence when she is out in the garden on her own.
