Excellent service. Travis was our installer. Came out and immediately got the hidden fence done. Trained our three St. Bernards!! He was kind and considerate to our puppers!! He offered to return to work with them more if needed. They made sure we had contact numbers if we needed anything. Which we did as they began to outgrow their collars. They came out and traded them out with minimal charge just for the new collars. Then when they ate the clasp of one of the collars, as soon as I notified them they got me new ones and I asked to order back up collars, just collars which they did and sent out to me as soon as they received them. There was a charge for the collars which I expected, but charge was cheaper than online ones I had seen and invoice was sent right to me to pay. Excellent customer service that has continued on after installation!!! Would highly recommend.

we have had dog watch for over 18 years. We rarely have a problem most of the time it is due to landscaping. The system has worked flawlessly. We recently had a cut wire due to landscapers. Dog watch sent Conner out who did a fantastic job and went above and beyond to ensure we do not have an issue in that location again. great customer service, great product highly recommend.

We had an issue with our dogs getting into an area we did not want and Matt came out immediately. He came up with a solution, did the work and now we are set thanks to Matt at Dog Watch Charleston.

Have been using dogfence for many years. It has proved invaluable in keeping my dogs safely in the garden. It took very little time to train them, and then they stopped testing the boundaries. I have had to replace part of the wire circuit due to over-enthusiastic garden clearance, and I was pleased with the speedy arrival of my order.

Awesome customer service! Love our electric dog fence!! Keeps my high energy pit/hound contained while still being able to play. Didn’t take her long to learn the boundaries either. Our internet company cut the cable and Lawrence came out the next day to fix it! Would recommend Lawrence and DogWatch of the Old Dominion to everyone!

Great service!!! Put the same system we have at home at our cabin so just put dogs in car and head north very happy labs to not have to be tied up. Highly recommended -you’ll be happy!
