DogWatch Hidden FencesReviews of dogwatch.com

Worth every penny in peace of mind and a joy to watch our dogs off leash. We had 6 acres surrounded with the hidden fence. Two dogs that love to run. I was amazed at how quickly they "got it". Only needed a level three collar stimulus. Our schnauzer is a motorcycle fiend. When he hears a bike on the road, he races to the perimeter of the property, makes an abrupt right turn within the confines of the perimeter and "chases the motorcycle" parallel to the road until reaching the end of the property. Then he waits for the next opportunity to repeat. A true test. Jeff and his team are responsive and hard workers.

We have had our Dogwatch Hidden Fence for just over 6 years now. It was the best money I have ever spent. I am the type of person who does tons of research before deciding what company and/or product to use. When I met our DogWatch Hidden Fence Sales person (Jason Bouche) he explained everything in clear and easy to understand language. It didn't take more a minute to decide that DogWatch was the company we were going with. Jason has been great to work with over the years. I can call with a question and he gets back to me within an hour or depending if urgent less time. He has gone way above and beyond to help us with not only the hidden fence but the Big Leash (actually on our 2nd one). DogWatch makes great products that hold up and withstand a lot. What they tell you about warranty and guarantee they stand behind it totally. I would very HIGHLY recommend DogWatch Hidden Fences to everyone. Believe me, I have had friends and family who thought putting in their own fence was cheaper and better. They put there's in right around the time we had ours put in, their fences are all not working anymore because of either wire problems, receiver problems or control problems. I also feel that DogWatch stays up to date with the latest technology. All around they are a great company.

I HAVE HAD 2 APPOINTMENTS SET UP WITH DOG WATCH TO TRAIN MY NEW DOG. BOTH DAYS I HAVE TAKEN OFF WORK TO MEET WITH THE LOCAL OWNER BOTH DAYS A NO SHOW. NO PHONE CALLS. I DID REACH THE OWNER AFTER THE FIRST MISSED DAY AFTER LEAVING SEVERAL MESSAGES AND FINALLY A RESPONSE AFTER A REVIEW- WE RESCHEDULED BUT AGAIN HE DID NOT SHOW UP. AFTER SPENDING $1100 FOR THE FENCING SYSTEM AND LOSING 2 DAYS OF PAY THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR A BUSINESS. THEY NEED TO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER OR CLOSE THIS FRANCHISE IN SARASOTA, FL. I WOULD LIKE A REP TO CONTACT ME .MAYBE THEY CAN SEND SOMEONE OUT FROM ANOTHER FRANCHISE.

I love my dog watch and so do my dogs.

We had looked at many fencing options and just weren't ready to spend 5000-8000 dollars on traditional fences. We decided to go with a Dogwatch Hidden fence and it has been great! We spent well under 2000 on it and it has kept both dogs in and running freely but most of all kept our yard open and easy to mow and take care of without having to trim around a fence!

Love the fence , works great , dealer is awesome to work with ! As long as you do the training with the dogs the fence will work with no issues , great for my two rotties!

Poor customer service. Had an issue with the fence . Told me it would be a week to come fix my fence and to crate my dog. Called Pet Stop they came with in two hours fixed the issue. Never Dog Watch again. They gladly accepted my money to install the fence but sure gave me a hard time to fix it. Poor customer service. Pet Stop from now on

Dog watch was wonderful to deal with so glad I chose them
