My dogs have adapted very well to their hidden fence. Kyle installed it and came back one time for some adjustments and to change a collar. So far we have encountered no problems.

If you are looking for a company that will follow up without having to call back several times and a company that really cares about the safety of your pet then DogWatch is whom you are looking for. We switch over from invisible fence and have been overwhelming surprised with the customer service. Our dogs don't get shocked by the vehicles like they did with Invisible fense, the owner of the company cares and follows up, the fence works perfect. Great Product, Great Service!

Could have had a better overview of the containment possibilities to begin with. We ended up having to get them back out to redo at an additional cost. Collar also broke after about 2 weeks. Need to call to get a new one....

The people who installed our dog fence trained our three dogs using a shock treatment at first instead of going by the book and using a beep first. Our three dogs are still terrified and will not leave the deck area of the back yard. They are peeing in the house instead of going outside. I would never recommend this company to anybody.
