I would have given them fIve starts based on the performance of the fence alone, however, since we have had the fence (almost 2 years) our one dog has out grown his collar. I called the representative and never got a call back. I am also not pleased with the collar selection. I ended up purchasing a leather hole punch to attach the device that admits the signal to any collar. It worked great. I would recommend this company on the fence alone

Hello Sara. I completely understand your issue with the collar selection. Many customers ask for a color we do not offer (especially pink) or prefer leather. Punching holes in a leather strap works great, as you know, for those customers who purchase one on their own. FYI whenever we install the fence for a puppy that shortly thereafter outgrows the original collar, we provide the next size up at no charge. We would be happy to mail one of those out if you would like to have a "back-up". Just need to clarify the size. Thanks!
