Nothing but impressed with Jason and DogWatch of Northeast WI. They put our family at ease (being first time dog owners). Jason always had lots of great advice and expertise to share with us on options for the system and dog training in general. He was also very quick to get back with us on any questions we had. I can't recommend this service enough!

While initial installation was great, trying to get the fence serviced has been nonexistent. Multiple attempts have been made and either our calls have not been returned and at least three service appointments have been made that no one has shown up to.

Good Morning Joe. Sorry for the misunderstanding on servicing your fence. Often in the winter months the ground is too hard to do repairs (that would include our current Winter!) so we cannot always promise specific times. As we discussed, John did get to your house yesterday, and your fence is up and running. Please let us know if you have any further issues or problems. Again, I apologize for the delay.

They did a good job setting up our yard for our dogs and taking the time to train them. They were a little more inexpensive than the other companies in town also.

This worked great for my standard poodle, who likes to run. This kept her safe in the yard.

Great product. Installation was seamless, training easy to understand, and follow up was appreciated. Both of our dogs now have the freedom to run, off leash, around our 2 acre yard. Would highly recommend "Dog Watch of Susquehanna Valley" for the safety of your fur babies!
