The young man who came to put in the fence for our Tilly was very thorough. His explanations of what he was doing and how to work the system was so on point. He even walked Tilly around the yard to show how to train her to the flags. They've called to see how we are doing too.

Installing this fence has been life changing both for our dogs and for us. It took about a month for us to properly train them to understand and respect the new boundaries. They now roam and play freely on our 5 acre yard and we no longer have to worry about them leaving to roam the neighborhood. So much nicer than being tied up every time we put them outside. Very happy with our Dogwatch system!!

Training was easy and Bo hasn't run through fence after 5 weeks of install. Phone support for training ideas has been great.

Our routines are so much simpler now that we don't have to go out with the dogs. They got it within a week (as soon as it hit level 3) and have been using it successfully ever since. Plus it was so easy on our end to have installed between the quick response to our inquiry to the super fast installation with all our questions answered.

Overall everything was great but they never sent me the right collar in red for my younger dog and I am always so busy so it just made it to be another thing I have to follow up on. Tia
