Very professional great product and support

I am a single mom business owner with a stubborn black lab. After trying to juggle everything in my life by myself for too long, I decided some things needed to change. One of them is the disappearance of my dog. If I turned my back on him for just 2 seconds he was gone. I was tired of not being able to just open the door and let my dog out. It was so frustrating having to put my daughter in the car and go look for him time and time again. So after talking to a friend this spring about the hidden fence, I decided to look into it. OMG I wish I did this 7 years ago!! My dog is a completely different dog. Being able to be outside more gives him the exercise he so badly craved and the fence gives him the boundaries that he needed to help keep him in line! I can not say enough good about this product or the company! The installation was quick, the training precise and easy, and the results phenomenal! I did not realize I was not only getting a hidden fence, but a better behaved dog too!!! Thank you!

It's a great product that does what it says it can do! Working with a local person is very helpful as compared to buying on line or in a store.

Wonderful team and wonderful solution! Dave thoroughly explained the product so we knew what we were getting. I would’ve liked to know more about the training and how long it takes to get our dog fully acclimated but we didn’t know to ask. The installers were fantastic, despite pouring rain! They showed us everything, smiling and soaking wet. I’m sure we were a sight in our ponchos and umbrellas! Training has been easier than expected and the fence works like a charm. I would highly recommend the fence and the Dog Watch team!!

While the initial introduction to their product by Christine Hart was informative and helpful and when two weeks later the installation men came and put in the additional wire and set the flags - we only got 5 minutes of "training" by the official "trainer" at that time. Several weeks later Christine came again for discussion of a problem and spent close to 1/2 to 3/4 of an hour with us. She called a week to 10 days later and left a message to call if we needed additional help. We did not. Our golden was trained very easily and might have in his first home been trained to a wire. However, for the close to an hour training session we were charged $279.99. I found in your price list the charge for obedience classes with Bob at $69.99 each (we are 1/2 hr. at the most from Otego).
