DogWatch Hidden FencesReviews of dogwatch.com

Roy + team did a great job with the fence install and education of our dog. After 8 months we've had no issues and our dog loves the freedom!

Needed a new collar for my new dog, found the after sales department very helpful, gave some great advice on how to set up the device.

Thank you for the great service your company has provided me in keeping my dogs safe and secure. The investment has given me peace of mind that my dogs are safe, and they have more of our property to roam safely around. The very helpful polite gentlemen who installed our system arrived on time and also installed within the time given to do the works. The dogs very quickly learnt their new boundaries. Lauren thank you for your fantastic customer service. I will happily and highly recommend your company.

They did a great job of fixing and redesigning an older existing fence. They trained the dogs and were thorough in their explanation of the system.

We have had dogwatch for over ten years and it's still working perfectly. We just recently adopted two dogs and needed them retrained on the fence. Teresa came out and was able to make the training very simple and easy showing us all the right steps to take to train are young pups. I would recommend Dogwatch by Billone fence to anyone interested in buying an electric fence for their pets as it works as intended and with the help of Teresa made it very easy to work as our dogs looked at her and as if she was a dog wisperer.

amazing service, couldn't be friendly and more responsive!!

Excellent company to work with. The owner and installers were very friendly and everything about the products was explained. All of our questions and concerns were answered. They even did a little training exercise with our dog so we knew what to do and how to get it to work properly. This has given us piece of mind that our dog wont get out of the yard when we aren't home. I would recommend this company and any of their products without hesitation.

Dog Watch is the best! The only thing that is better is the personal care and service that you get with Billone Fence! We started using dog watch over 15 years ago. We have our second dog with them now. Their personal training is amazing. We have had no issues with the dog watch equipment at all. We had a fence installed and the line was accidentally severed. The monitor immediately told us there was a problem and I contacted Dave and Teresa. It was repaired that day! We can feel confident in letting our dog out whenever they want and not worry about him leaving the yard. He rarely ever tests the perimeter because he knows his limits. If he does, he is given a audible warning and stops in his tracks. It’s so reassuring that if we are out playing ball or he’s playing with the kids that I know he won’t leave the yard. I’ve recommended numerous friends and neighbors and I’ve never had anyone that’s hasnt thanked me for the referral later.
