I was about to lose my mind because we have a little a Yorkie, Pearl, who loved to chase squirrels, rabbits, birds, or anything that moved and wouldn’t come home. I had been tying her out on a long lead but there were times she’d get away when the door was open. I spent many hours and tears trying to find her around the area and was at my wit’s end. I called Bill at West Dakota Dog Watch and he came to install the hidden fence and train Pearl. I figured it would be a long haul but after about a half hour of training, she totally respects the fence. Saved my sanity and a lot of fear filled moments!! Woohoo!!

My parents had DogWatch fence installed a decade or two ago and it is still functioning. And what is more on the one or two occasions they've needed a service call it's been hassle free. Even out in the boonies like they are. I chose DogWatch myself 8 years ago when I had to put money in to fencing at a new home. I love it! The support has been amazing through a couple of new dogs. Also for two line breaks, I thought I knew where the line was and didn't. Very useful that the system yells at you so you know as soon as there is a break.

Great company. Gave excellent training, didn’t feel rushed or pressured. Love that we can all enjoy being outside and have freedom!

Dave and Jake with DogWatch were fantastic! We'd previously had lots of issues with our past hidden fence providers (Invisible Fence and PetStop), both with their systems and poor customer service. Our dogs collars on the old system started having lots of issues and simply stopped working all together. We called DogWatch, Dave and Jake came out within a couple days, switched our system over in a timely manner, provided new collars, and reiterated the training to ensure our dogs stay safe. Their customer service was leaps and bounds above the other providers and it's clear they really know what they are doing and care deeply about dogs. Can't recommend them enough!
