Sue and Dave made Molly's (and our) vacay extremely seamless and anxiety free. They sent us updates, pics, and videos of our precious pet, and their flexibility made it extremely easy to set up drop off and pick-up times. Being in a home setting, with the couple's kids playing with Molly in a caring way, added an element of fun to her stay. A large part of our own issues with travel relate to getting expert, affordable care for our Molly. We have found the perfect solution with this family. Hooray!

Booked a stay through DogVacay and unfortunately the sitter had to cancel. Customer care immediately got with me and suggested 5 other sitters for me and also gave me a credit for the inconvenience caused by the sitter canceling on me. Great customer service. Strongly recommend.
