We have a PomChi with anxiety/aggression issues who had bitten previous dog sitters. We ultimately found the best dog sitter for him and allowed us to go back to having vacations again. DogVacay with its mobile app and website is easy to navigate and we get friendly responses from the concierge promptly and effectively. Plan to continue using this company in the future

The DogVacay website is not as user friendly as it could be. I am both a sitter and customer. It is awkward when I need to change a price. I don't like the fact that the site sends a decline when changing price on a price quote. I have also sent a suggestion for having a place to make notes for dog sitters on each dog we sit. For instance: if I sit a dog that has food allergies, or takes medication at a certain time, I would like a place to note "food allergies" for that dog on his profile which only I can see. It would also be nice for the dog owner to have a place to write directions for their dogs care that the sitter can access. For example: Veterinarian's information, amount of food to feed and how many times per day, or if a dog has certain commands that they follow and such.

Just give it a try, you can do a meet and greet and then decide if it works for your dog!!

The pictures we received were priceless. Our dog Gracie had another fabulous stay with Tom, Rebel and family!

My dogs had a whole week of fun, love and play. I am not sure Jesse wanted to come home. Daily videos and pictures were sent letting me know how much they loved being their. Thank you Rachel and Marlene. Ginger
