We were so excited to find such an amazing service that accommodated our 3 Great Danes.

We were in a bind, and needed to find a sitter on short notice. DogVacay was easy to use, and connected us with a sitter in a matter of minutes. In less than 24 hours, we met and booked a sitter who turned out to be excellent and extremely reliable. Our dog had a great time, and we were at ease. Light years better than a kennel!

If I'm logged on doing a search for a sitter......why do I have to enter area, dog size, age and price filter each time! If I'm logged on this info should be saved. What can I say....annoying. I've used 1 sitter so far and she was great. Meet & greet very helpful to see with who and where your little family member is staying.

DogVacay is an amazing service that takes the worry out of dog-sitting. You can sign up to watch dogs, or have your dogs watched, and this service helps bring clients straight to you. I do the dog-sitting, and the peace of mind from them offering insurance booking through their site is a wonderful thing. I have no need to worry what to do if a worst-case scenario comes up, because it will be covered except for a small deductible. I love this service!

It seems that DogVacay is constantly making changes. Some are useful, some are not. The charge should be as stated by the host without additional "fees". The reservation site should be super simple. With everything pointed out. Hopefully the hosts are appreciated for all of the work, cleaning, time, energy and love they give to their guests.

I needed to leave town for three days and local kennals were booked up. DogVacay was MUCH better than any kennal I could have left my dog at. She was given personal attention and care by a family who are truely dog lovers. It was much more pleasant and much less tramatic than a regular kennal situation. The site is easy to use, you can see people in your area and pick who you feel the best about. Yes, I will recommend it to others and yes, I will use it again if and when needed.
