Found a great dog sitter "mom #2" to my two pooches! the best thing that could've possibly happened. Dogvacay allows me to travel in complete, complete security and ease of mind. Knowing my babies are safe, happy, and being spoiled rotten has allowed this busy mom to travel for work without a worry!!!

The website is easy to use. DogVacay allowed me to search based on geography. Since I was traveling, I was able to search along the route and the available options updated as I moved across the map. And the dog sitter we chose through DogVacay was great. I definitely plan to use DogVacay again!

This company is a nightmare! I dropped off a healthy dog to one of the people that this company recommends and a day later I was in emergency care at the vet as my dog was suffering from heat exhaustion. My dog nearly died while in the care of this person and it cost me hundreds of dollars to get him well. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. It has been a nightmare and a hassle.

DogVacay completely understands the severity of this situation, and we are happy that you were able to get Kilo to the vet before the situation worsened. We all want the best for Kilo, and we have offered to refund you for the expenses per our medical coverage. Our Trust & Safety Specialist has been in constant communication with you to address any of your concerns, and is still investigating this incident. Kilo's heath is our main concern, and will continue to keep you updated as we move forward. Best, DogVacay

Good, consistent service and care. It is nice to have this option.

The one time I actually had a DogVacay sitter (a) respond in a timely manner; (b) accommodate my time frame; (c) stay present with my dog at all times (!); and (d) handle more than one dog at a time in a safe and affectionate way, my experience was AWESOME. But all the other DogVacay sitters I've contacted either (a) cancel *after* confirming the reservation (yikes!); (b) do not respond in a timely fashion; or (c) indicate that they won't actually be present while sitting (double yikes!!). So I'm....thinking DogVacay needs to add more training and insist on certification and standards for its sitters.

Found out that we were traveling to Washington D.C. at the last minute and didn't want to pay to board our dog for an entire week. DogVacay saved us a ton of money by giving us access to a reliable dog sitter in the city who watched our dog while my family visited/toured museums and allowed us to spend most of our stay with our pup, who had a blast! Highly recommend this if you enjoy traveling with your pet but still want to enjoy the sites that are not pet-friendly. Thanks to Dogvacay, I was able to keep my children happy and meet the needs of my pet.

I was able to find an outstanding doggy care for my "spoiled baby" and I was able to receive pictures and updates of her status through the app.
