Good quality product and great customer service.

I haven't received my shipment yet, but Dogtra's products are alway good and last a long time. It took a while to find Dogtra's official website. But otherwise, I have no complaints. Their products are worth the extra money.

Excellent equipment and excellent customer service.. I have had my unit for over 15 yers and other then replacing batteries there have been no issues. I certainly would recommend and buy again if need be.

I would highly recommend Dogtra products. I've had the 1200NCP collar for 12 years and it has been a great product. I tend to be hard on my equipment, and this product has held up. I've only ever had to replace the belt clip, antenna, and batteries.

This is my first e-collar. It is amazing. When using the proper training technique it establishes a wonderful language to communicate with the dog. My dog is happier and has far more freedom than any dog on a conventional leash. I have a 50 pound Australian Shepherd and he gets excited anytime I pick up my e-collar. I know I have a much healthier and happier dog using the system. It makes taking the dog out in the rain a lot easier too! The durability is second to none and I love the fact that dogtra offers replacement parts. The battery life is wonderful. I am curious how many charges it will take before the collar it gets a memory. I would definitely buy this again. This product was recommended to me by professionals who use dogs for rescue and law enforcment purposes. Technique and an understanding of how to use the collar is crucial for success.
