I am very impressed with the speed of response to my inquiry, the accuracy of what I needed to make my dogs collar work properly, and the progress of the delivery on ordered items. I lost the remote to my dogs old collar and someone gave me their dogs collar. It needed a charger and splitter cables. Now my dog is back on track and my chicken/egg business is safe again from my puppy's overzealous treatment of the birds!
