Our Dogtra collar works very well
Our Dogtra collar works very well. We had a problem with it soon after we received it and we sent it back to the company. They fixed it and promptly sent it back to us. I would recommend Dogtra to anyone!

Yep. Have had the system for years, needed batteries replaced after 4 years. Sent it back and had replaced at reasonable cost.

I have 2 Dogtra remote training collars - one for each standard poodle. They work extremely well. The only caution I have is that the collars provided are slick and tend to slide around the neck, causing a need to constantly adjust the position of the remote. Caution must be taken to ensure the remote sits on the side of the neck, on muscle, and not on the spine or esophagus! Typically I am able to direct my dogs with the buzzer (no shock), it is extremely rare that I must resort to the nick or constant shock buttons (typically when deer dash through the scene). Well worth the investment! Advice: do not plug in your transmitter and remote overnight; all that is needed is 2 hours recharging at most. Anymore and it has a negative affect on the batteries.

Needed a replacement charger for my IQ collar and tried other 'compatible' products with no success. Finally gave in and ordered the 'approved' Dogtra model. Arrived on-time and, more importantly, worked as described. Unfortunately, Fletcher is not quite as thrilled with the new working collar as I am. He now knows my socks are NOT an approved part of his daily diet.
