I was looking for a transmitting device to use with two receiver's for each of my dogs. When I compared the EDGE and the EDGE RT it was a little confusing that they each said "expandable" but under the features for Multi-dog they said "none". After reviewing the manual I understood that both of those collars were what I was looking for!

They have great products and Dogtra products are the only ones I use. Well worth the price, especially if you really care for your dog. They aren't perfect, but they are the best on the market. My biggest complaint is their website is downright LOUSY! This makes it very hard for people to find different products, compare them to make an intelligent decision. Finding replacement parts is even harder. You really need to fire whoever does your website and get someone else to do a much better job. If I didn't already have a good history with Dogtra products and I was a new buyer, I would be looking at other products. Teck support could be a bit better, just glad I rarely have to use it. :-) Bad website keeps it from 5 stars. DESPITE THE WEBSITE- BUY DOGTRA PRODUCTS, they ARE the BEST! One other small thing- I don't agree at all with how the user manual says to use the e-collars for training. All dogs are different, as the owners. Find what works best for YOUR dog, or better yet get a good professional trainer and work with you for a bit. DOGTRA makes it easy and fun to train your dogs and my Belgian Malinois's love to see the collars come out and actually jump their head thru it. My personal service dog doesn't even know what a lease is anymore. What else can I say? :-)

Easy to order. We lost our charger in the flood from Hurricane Harvey. And I had no trouble finding the right product

Everything was simple and easy as online shopping should be. The only issue I had was that I needed the splitter for the 280NCP charger and that number wasn't listed on the main page; I had to open each of the three splitters listed to see which one was for the 280. After I opened the first one and saw it wasn't listed on there, I clicked the "back" button and I had to redefine my search again- which happened twice because it was the third splitter listed. Not a huge issue at all, by any means, but if you wanted feedback here it is! I love these products and always recommend them. Stacie

OK, except for the following: Does not accept PayPal (got to do this) Sends 4 emails after purchase (please combine into one) 4th email asks buyer to review the purchase (send after delivery, c'mon)
