Great product. Kinda mad that a 3 inch antenna costs $8 to ship.

The site didn't list my exact model for finding my replacement battery. Needs to be more complete.

I believe the contact points sit out too far with this new contoured versions (example: the Arc) compared to the older boxy versions (example: the 300M). Please look into this. Also, on the multi-dog units like the Arc, the toggle is between nick and constant while having two definitive buttons on the front for the pager for the 2 dog unit. I like the units having definitive buttons for nick and constant. Why not make the toggle between constant and pager? Keep the buttons vertical, nick and constant on the side, nick and constant on the front, with a toggle for pager, if you so choose??? It would keep the continuity of the older units. Please consider!

I had my collar for 5 months before one of them broke. The company wanted me to buy a brand new collar instead of helping me fix the one I had. I also damaged a remote while out using the collars in the deep woods. Once again had to spend a lot of money on a brand new remote. I feel as though this company cares more about how much money they can make over making customers happy

Serves the purpose but if I had 2 collars with the one control there is not a way to have each collar on a different number/level of shock. So, I only use one collar and will have to buy a completely different set for my other dog. Battery holds a charge about 2 days.

Battery life is not what I expected in the hand held control. Collar battery life satisfactory.
