Fast delivery, product arrived as shown (collar for electronic device). For a previous order of an electronic training collar, I must say these collars are very durable. One of my dogs drowned earlier this year while wearing his e-collar. His body was submerged for several months in very cold water. Then it was drug out by a large carnivor and consumed. All that was left was his ID collar, his e-collar and a few bones. When I got his e-collar back, I charged it and it still worked after 5 months in outdoor conditions which included the submerssion, rain, and snow. I highly recommend these collars for durability!

We purchased a 12 volt car charger and 3 antenna's (dogs used old ones as chew toys). Order came quickly and we revived exactly what we ordered.

Straightforward and easy, online and call center. I called customer service to confirm I selected the right parts online for charging my T&B setup. We've used Dogtra products for about 15 years. Awesome product for Setters. Recommendation: provide an ETA window for delivery for online orders based on selected option and cut off times for quick ship methods (maybe I missed it?)
