Great product when used with appropriate training. My only suggestion is to have an option on the remote for the collar to make a sound so that this will signal the dog that a shock is coming. Sometimes the dogs fur gets in the way and contact isn't being made and then the remote is useless. If it would at least make a sound, that would help. I do have the longer prongs but my dog is fluffy.

IT WOULD BE HELPFUL TO HAVE VIDEOS ON ALL BATTERY REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES FOR ALL COLLARS AND RECEIVERS. HARD TO TELL FROM WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS WHERE GASKETS FOR WATER SEAL GOES ON THE 1900S COLLAR.
