DogtraReviews of dogtra.com

Could find what I needed with ease. Didn't like there was no confirmation after the purchase was made.

Smaller than I had thought, but my fault, length is on the website.

Terrific customer service representative. Helpful, concise and quick answering time. Website not clear re charger replacement that fits my product so I had to take the time to call.

I guess I’d like to see more discription with the picture instead of having to click on it

We like dogtra and their products. Would be 5 stars, but almost $12 for shipping two small batteries is a bit much.

Had some difficulty locating a replacement battery for SureStim H Plus transmitter. Also, instead of allowing me to review other battery choices, it kept resetting to collars. Otherwise, the website was fine.

Splitter cable was not in the packaging - otherwise great product.

We like our dogtra collar and needed batteries. I wish the site would have a search function - I had to scroll thru all the parts to find the one I needed. It would have been much faster if I could have put in battery for 220npc instead of scrolling they all of them until I found what I needed. Once I found correct parts it was fast.
