Excellent service and the website was very helpful in determining the type of training collar that would best suit our needs.

I have used the same Dogtra Collars in my Angels in the Innfield dog training partnership for 4 years. I just now ordered new rechargeable battery packs. I love this company so much that we are going to apply to be a dealer. We try all of the positive training first unt the dogs get the commands. If they are to hard to train we start with the vibration mode. We also use them to teach boundaries without having to pay for invisible fence.

We have a beautiful & very smart imported German Shepherd, he is well behaved while on a leash, however once he is off leash he would become defiant. With the Dogtra 3500NCP SUPER-x, and just a few days of correction our dog has become a perfect gentleman on or off leash. Have had 5 dogs and used dogtra e collars for all of them. I’ve tried other cheaper products and nothing compares to dogtra. All dogtra products are extremely durable and work excellent. It is worth spending a little extra to get a great product that will last. Not to mention they have also have a great customer service department. Will continue to purchase this brand for years and years.

Dogtra Pathfinder (track/train). So far so good after 4 times afield. It has a lot of features that many may like or need but I shut most off. I just want to know where my dogs are and ability to "tone" them to come back (and shock if needed). The "share" is a nice feature too. Battery life is excellent. Still 50% after those 4 outings (roughly 3 hrs. each time). I can confirm it will shock out to 700 yards (jumped a deer). Collars are borderline size for beagles. My 9 month old pup is in smallest size hole and it should be a little smaller (older dogs are fine). Only irritation I have is the battery life icon constantly shows on screen. I even have it set not to show until 10%. The biggest problem with this is, it can cover up other dogs icons. I can't find anything in the manual to change this. Hopefully I get a fix after submitting this review, if not I'll call. Oh, Moto Z phone with extra battery is the ticket. All day out and phone still has juice. All-in-all, excellent product!

The dog trainer used the ARC collar to work with our stubborn and spoiled German Shepherd. It worked wonders in an amazingly short time. She suggested we buy one to keep working with our GSD. That was 2-1/2 years ago. Our dog doesn’t need to wear it a lot but it’s s good reminder once in a while for her to behave. Recently we lost the transmitter in the snowy woods and Dogtra was excellent in helping me find the correct model number and expediting the replacement order. Great product and great company!!

I have been buying products for many years also prompt service and repairs to my collars. Been a dog trainer with many collars and lauchers at times need repairs. I give 5 stars for there products and customer service. Keep up the good work Dogtra!
