Great service and customer support for international customers

We have owned every type training/hunting collar on the market dating back to 1989. We now own 5 T&B collars and over all those years, we only had to have one repaired. That was the first one we bought many years ago. And it works like new along with the other 4.

A hand free equipment made this collar the best tool for obedience

Painless website search, order and confirmation of shipping. Couldn’t have asked for an easier process.

Fast online service.

We have both dogs linked to one transmitter. This system is incredibly easy to use. Customer service is also top notch as we just sent our system in for repair which was covered by warranty. Within a few days it was already sent back good as new.

I've been using dogtra collars for about 14 years. I just recently replaced my first set of dogtra collars. Except I made a mistake and thought I would try a different well know brand. That other brand set was returned after two days. That other brand set felt cheap, even though the price was not much different, and not as easy to use. My new dogtra set arrived and i immediately knew they were not getting returned. The dogtra set has a wider collar and the controller is much easier to use then any other especially if you have more then one dog. If you have two dogs dogtra is a must. I have two Great Danes and the dogtra collar has been a great asset in training and a great peice of mind knowing I have them to help if any situations come up.

Helpful with part numbers for my system. Ordering wss easy and they where in stock!
