Great product, however shipping too expensive!! Just the one option. I paid as much for shipping as I dtd the product (collar). Also never received the tracking number-

So far it isn't taking a charge

I opted to purchase Dogtra replacement batteries for my 300M transmitter and receiver because of the reviews oof other brands. Because of Dogtra's premium price, I would have expected low cost or free shipping. With the shipping the total cost was almost triple the other on line offerings.

The product is top notch but I had to return an item and the customer service is lacking. I couldn't get an email response from them in a timely manner after sending the package back. Trying to call was very difficult also. I tried the toll free number first but it kept automatically disconnecting me. I tried the local phone number next and had to try 4 times before anyone answered.

First, the website featured a replacement collar (colors other than black) for my Dogtra Combo. More specifically, it appeared to featured two sets of replacement collars, and whether one was simply a duplicate or was somehow different was unclear. Second, there is a car charger recommended on the webpage for the Dogtra Combo. On the webpage for that charger, it does not mention that it works for the Dogtra Combo, but many other collars are named. Presumably it's the right one.

Prices are a bit high but quality of product is good

Website was easy to use. The link helping me find the information I needed from the E-Collar to order the transmitter was easy to find. Only issue was I googled your name and got a link saying free shipping for orders over $99. However when I went to your website and placed the order I found the free shipping was actually for orders over $250. I called support and the customer service representative said the free shipping was from a different website. This confused me and the service rep. did not provide any explanation on the the different websites. Since I needed the transmitter ASAP I submitted the order anyways.

It is hard to rate or review a purchase when you have not received the product yet. If you were to ask me to fulfill this out once I have received what I ordered that would make more sense.
