I ordered an extra collar for my dogtra e-collar handheld. (It accommodates two dogs). There was an issue with my order. They emailed me and asked me to call them. The representative was very efficient and professional. He patiently answered all of my questions, directed me to youtube videos to learn how to work with the unit and also tole me that when I received the additional collar, if I needed any assistance linking it to my existing handheld unit, to simply call and they would walk me through whatever process. i found the service to be high quality and I'm very happy with the e-collar I have now. Looking forward to being able to train two dogs with the same handheld.

I love Dogtra products. We misplaced our transmitter and ordered a new one. Shipment came in about 4 days. I called customer service to get it linked to the collar and the service rep was great. Very satisfied.
