The item I ordered was sent out right away and it was an easy fix for an old well used reliable collar.

I have a Dogtra e-collar and the battery on the remote was not holding a charge for very long (it's 2 years old). I ordered a duplicate remote and a battery. I got a call from Dogtra Cust Svc who wanted to confirm that I was ordering a battery for the remote. The rep then went on to explain to me how careful I need to be when removing the back cover, replacing the battery etc. He wanted me to make sure I was comfortable w this knowledge and to be careful that I don't damage the sensitive stuff inside. He was super nice and helpful.

I bought it because of the pager feature. That feature is particularly useful with hearing impaired dogs.
