Was unable to locate the item I was looking for under the search feature. However, when finally located I was using the correct "search term" so not really sure why the search feature was unable to take me straight to the product. However, Dogtra products are a definite 5 star rating!!!! Thank you Dogtra for the great products you produce.

I ordered a 280C directly from the Dogtra website. During the checkout process, a prompt appeared asking if I wanted to add a cable splitter so I could charge both the transmitter and receiver at the same time. Not realizing this is included with the 280C package, I added this to my order. The website should not prompt me to buy something which I'm already receiving as part of my initial order. Customer service did not apologize or offer to send me a prepaid mailer to return the extra cable splitter. I believe Dogtra makes high quality products, but I am annoyed by their website programming.

TOO EXPENSIVE FOR JUST A TRANSMITTER! WOULDN'T GIVE ANY SALES OR DISCOUNTS TO REPEAT CUSTOMERS...OR HELP WITH SHIPPING EITHER...NOT A GOOD WAY TO MAKE CUSTOMERS WANT TO COME BACK AGAIN!

The devices I have for my two dogs work well but don't hold a charge for very long. Never a full day. And one came without an antennae which I couldn't prove, so I had to purchase that separately. Other than that they're work well and are waterproof.
