I placed my online order on October 21. I get an order confirmation on October 21 and 23rd. I get a receipt on October 24th. Nothing regarding shipment still and its October 25th.

Ordered a new battery and promptly received a cheap generic battery pack that is too big to fit in the allotted space in the back of the casing. Impossible to close the case with one end of the battery jammed against the copper windings of the transformer which would surely destroy the transformer or the battery breaking the collar. Disappointed with cheap poor quality and inadequate parts not worthy of a quality product.

$12+ dollars to ship a charger? That's nuts.

Paypal should be offered as a means of payment.

I like their products but I just ordered a replacement part based on the descriptions on the website and I got the wrong part. I emailed them and I got one response with a question but haven't heard back from them since

After hearing many good things about dogtra brand, i purchased the YS200 bark collar. I have a Great Pyrenees, and while barking is part of his breed, hes a bit too excessive. With the long fur i shaved a small spot ans used the long contact points. It does NOT detect his barking at all. I have shaved more areas, tried different contact points without success. It did, however, give a correction when he was scratching himself. At that moment i took it off and left it off. Im highly disappointed in the product and have an expensive peice of equipment that is not usable. I do not recommend.

I send a collar to be fixed. Still waiting to hear from them. Also, I never got my collar back, fix or othewise
