E collar with a pager. Works great. Customer service and sales team- below any expectations. Received the collar with a request to review the collar prior to the free “training book” being posted to me. With a 500£ collar, I would expect the booklet to be included to be read prior to starting training with an ecollar. How very inappropriate marketing- given that the animal could potentially suffer if not used properly.

Dogtra customer service gets worse every time we send in collars for repair

I have been using Dogtra products for more than 2 decades. Dogtra has been successful keeping costumers only having them as an option when in need to repair making it necessary to send in collars for their expensive and long period repairs. After we had to wait months for repair of a couple of units they claim that we failed to send a unit back. They provided the label and I have no way to track info as te tracking went to them. They sent the amount they say I owed to collections who reported me to the credit bureaus. The amount for which they ruined my credit is $129. They have nothing to support their claim and act smug about it. Decades long costumer. $129. Their mistake. My credit ruined.

De dogtra trainings halsband was binnen de maand al stuk. Binnen gedaan om te repareren. Krijg ik het terug werkt nog niet goed. Weer binnen. Nu mail gekregen moet 50 procent van de aankoopprijs betalen anders maken ze de hondenband niet ook al is die nog in garantie. Dus zeker niet kopen van dogtra slechtste naservice ooit. En ik ben van belgië.

Poor customer service I paid $86 for 2nd day air and it didn’t show up until Monday afternoon when I ordered in Wednesday evening I could have ordered it ground and got it by Monday for free but they charged me $86 for shipping to expedite it and didn’t

If I could give my experience less then 1 star I would. Awful experience point blank. - not pleasant on the phone during trouble shooting -had to pay for my own shipping to send back a faulting product of theirs that I had only used for roughly a month. (Screen just wouldn’t show anything when I would turn on the unit so you couldn’t see what changes to the setting etc were) it also came with scratches on the screen which I thought was weird since it was “brand new” in the case but something is tell me it may have been a refurbished controller. - once confirmation of delivery as I paid the extra to know the parcel was secured and required signing when delivered as well, I never heard from them again. They have managed to have customers pay hundreds of dollars on products and then just stone wall them with no call, no email and no physical mail of any sort when they have ALL your information. I guess that is my mistake for being patient with a company and then life gets so busy you forget to follow up thinking it will eventually show up… and never does. I have since reached out and am curious if I will receive MY property back from them or any sort of compensation for how terrible service after spending 700$ on there item at this point. I wouldnt waste my time if you are considering getting a reliable ecollar for your dog(s) as at some point you maybe need to reach out to customer service and they won’t be worth a s**t.

TERRIBLE CS. Stonewalling on a fix. My e-collar remote does NOT talk to the collar at 0-40ish. Johnny at the CS phone tried to correct this over the phone with me---by talking me through the sync of the 2 parts. We attempted this twice and then he said --"Oh yes, that is broken and you need to send it in to be fixed." I spent over 2 months trying to work with the company. The tech team held onto this for weeks....and then had the nerve to tell me NOTHING was WRONG. They shipped it back and the issues persist!!!!!! It is concerning to me that the charging is limited to 3-4 hour window.....as if anyone will get up at night to take a collar off electric???? This is defective but they will not own up to it. My dog has lost most of her training now........almost got hit by a car yesterday....... what a waste of + $2,000 training if the product won't stand up to the time or the company wont fix or replace faulty items.

Recieved a damaged bark collar. I called for support, and was met with frustration and blamed for charging too long? My charger was broken so I kept trying to charge and wiggle the connection. He was frustrated trying to touble shoot with me, he then raised his voice and gave me a rude tone saying I must have damaged the charger. I called just after the 30 days and he told me I had 30 days and that was plenty of time to check out the product. I called back and spoke with another rep who was equally unhelpful. I paid almost 200 and I need to ship it there and have to pay for shipping back. I have no other options. Wish I never bought because of the customer service.
